Except for when a project is started directly from the project administration, a notification email is always created and sent when a project is processed, informing you of whether there were any problems in the processing of the project or not. This email can be sent using your own SMTP server. For this purpose, the corresponding access data have to be entered into the program. Alternatively, the notification email can also be sent using the BatchDeduplicator server. Despite the reliability of this server, it cannot be guaranteed that these emails can always be sent correctly. In order to prevent abuse of this service, all emails sent through this server will be documented.
