All complete and error-free projects can be manually started by using 'Project administration'. Alternatively, they can also be planned by using 'Task planning', in order to process them later at the specified time. Finally, BatchDeduplicator can also be started with command line parameters, in order to process the selected projects. For this purpose, select one or more projects in the table of the corresponding dialogue and click on the button above it. The command required for opening using a command line will then be displayed.
If necessary, the following parameters can be used to override or deactivate some of the settings of the main programme and/or the project to be processed:
- -file1="<filename>": The file name specified with this parameter replaces the file name of the first table from the project to be processed. The new file/table must contain at least all the data fields that are also used in the project in question.
- -nobackup: If this parameter is specified, no backup of the file is created before it is changed when the programme is called.
- -nolog: If this parameter is specified, no log is created when the programme is called.
- -noemail: If this parameter is specified, no notification email will be sent when the programme is called.
